Working draft — to be reviewed by counsel before launch.
The service. CharityVerify provides automated due-diligence checks against the Charity Commission for England and Wales and Companies House registers. Results reflect the registers at the time of the check and support — but do not replace — your practice's professional judgement.
Subscriptions. Plans are annual, seat-based, and start with a 30-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged; otherwise the first annual payment is collected automatically. Plan changes and cancellation are self-service through the billing portal; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period and are not refunded mid-term.
Acceptable use. One seat per named adviser. Verification output is for your practice and its clients; reselling raw output as a data service is not permitted.
Liability. The registers are authoritative sources we relay faithfully; we are not responsible for errors in the underlying register data. A verification score is evidence, not advice.
Data. Handled per our privacy notice, including the seven-year evidence retention period.
